We’re incredibly proud to share some exciting news from within the Agility Print family.
On 25 June 2025, the Franchise Council of Australia hosted the inaugural Franchise Industry Awards at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. And our very own Charles Batt walked away with two of the highest honours of the night.
Out of 83 national finalists and over 120 franchise brands represented, Charles was awarded:
- Franchisee of the Year – Multi Unit (Services)
- Franchisee of the Year – Multi Unit – Overall Winner (All Categories)
This prestigious event brought together hundreds of franchise industry leaders, with entries assessed by a panel of independent judges from across Australia and New Zealand. Competition was fierce, with franchise groups including Just Cuts, Gelatissimo, Gutter-Vac, Snap Fitness, and Poolwerx also among the contenders.
Charles’ recognition at this national level is a reflection of his strong leadership, dedication to service, and commitment to building a people-first culture across the brands he leads.

Charles Batt has been an MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.) franchisee for almost 20 years, and created Agility Print 10 years ago to support his marketing efforts.
While Agility Print is known for its end-to-end print and design solutions, MBE is a powerhouse in business services — offering printing, shipping, logistics, virtual offices and more. With over 40 locations across Australia, MBE is one of the fastest-growing franchise systems both nationally and globally.
Charles operates two MBE centres:
